Who is Frank Medrano?

He is the biggest name in Calisthenics. For those of you who don't know what Calisthenics Training is, it is a type of body weight training with an aim to improve the body weight to strength ratio. It helps build lean muscle, which in turn increases your basal metabolic rate (the rate at which your body burns calories at rest). This is most effective when combined with a clean, balanced diet which we will look at in future posts.
